A
Warm Welcome to our Visitors and Tournament Participants!
The Calgary Ethiopian Community Association in conjunction
with Calgary’s Ethio-Star Football Club wish to welcome
to Calgary the soccer teams of Vancouver, Victoria, Seattle, Portland,
Edmonton, and Winnipeg. We are pleased to have everyone participate
in this annual Western Canada and U.S.A Ethiopian Soccer Tournament.
As the host city for the 2007 tournament, Calgary
is a wonderful setting for our anticipated action packed weekend.
A fast growing city of over one million people, Calgary is teeming
with restaurants and attractions for all our visitors to enjoy when
they are not watching or participating in the action on the pitch!
While the main event is unfolding before our eyes, there will be
festivities for everyone to enjoy surrounding the game field.
It is our greatest wish that all participants in this
year’s event have an enjoyable time while in Calgary and while
partaking in this year’s hotly anticipated soccer tournament!
